Register as:

Visitor: You register in order to be able to interact on the Filipinvibes.com site and make your purchases.
Start by clicking on "Register" and access the form, then choose "Visitor" and complete the Form (Name, First name, Email, Password, and confirm Password).
Vendor: Create your space, events, promote and manage them easily by creating a promoter (seller) account.
Start by clicking on "Register" and access the form, then choose "Structure" and complete the Form (Name, First name, Email, Password, and confirm password).
NB: An account confirmation email will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email received and log in.

How to create a space?
After creating your account (as a seller or promoter), access your profile and click in the Menu on “my spaces” then on “Add a space”. When you access the form, you fill in the form, the fields also mandatory.
- Basic Information
Space Category: Choose the type of space you have.
Space name: Enter the exact name of your space.
City: Enter the city in which you are located.
Location: Indicate precisely your space.
Telephone: give your telephone contact.
Description: Describe your space and services
NB: All other fields are to be completed to facilitate contact with your potential customers, but not mandatory.
- Space Details
Tags: use the keywords attendees will use to search for your space, the space type(s) that define them.
Image: add a descriptive image of your space. You must have a file in JPEG format; PNG, with a recommended size of 1920x1080 px with a maximum of 10 MB. And above all, be sure to check the copyright licenses of the images you use.
Additional image (presentation): You can add several images of your space.
Video: add if you want a YouTube video or other video site by copying the link in the fields. Above all, be sure to check the copyright licenses of the videos you use.
If you want to delete the main image from your space, simply click on the "Delete" button and confirm the deletion.

How to create an event?
To create an event you must first create a space because the event can only be organized in a space already created on the Filipinvibes.com site.
Create the type of event you want with all the details of the event in the description in addition to a main image of the event and in support if you wish other images and videos. You will also have the possibility to manage tickets (not yet available) afterwards. You just have to log in (of course as a promoter) to your account and click on “Create an event“.
Basic Information
Event name: give a fairly short and distinctive name to your event with a maximum of 80 characters
Subtitle: Write a summary no longer than 150 characters to describe the most important details of your event. The summary will appear next to your event name on Google, Filipinvibes.com and our partner sites when the event is public.
The category: choose a category that corresponds to your event (show, concert, etc.)
Type of event: Public or private.
Tags: Use the keywords that attendees will use to search for your event, the event categories that define your event.
Description: Give more detail to your summary in the “Subtitle”, which will help participants better understand the purpose of the event.
Place: Choose the place (The town, the district, and some details of the address. You can also choose the option “To come“ if you are not yet sure of the place or do not want to publish it for the instant.
Date and time: Specify the date(s) and time of the event as well as the start and end times.
Click "Save" to Save.
- Event Details
Contact: you have the possibility to display or not your contact details concerning the event as well as links from your social networks.
Image: add a descriptive image of your event. You do not have a JPEG format file; PNG, with a recommended size of 2160x1080 px with a maximum of 10 MB. And above all, be sure to check the copyright licenses of the images you use.
If you want to delete the main image of your event made:
Gallery: you can add several images of the event
Video: add if you want a YouTube video or other video site by copying the link in the fields. Above all, be sure to check the copyright licenses of the videos you use.
Schedule the event: this section concerns the events that are repeated by days, weeks, months, years.
And click on "Save" to save.
In the menu :
-You have in the "My spaces" section that allows you to access your spaces, giving you the possibility to make changes.
-You have in the "My Events" section a view of all the events and also filter them by: Published or unpublished, online or already closed, those in progress and also those deleted.
- The “My Reservations“ section gives you an overview of the list of all the reservations made.
- Favorites: this section shows you all the spaces you have added as favorites
